Practicing Basic Harm Reduction
- Educate yourself on the effects and legality of the substance being taken.
- Avoid eyeballing. Properly weight out doses with a milligram scale to reduce risk of overdose.
- Test substances for impurities and potency by using tools like test strips or reagents kits.
- Do not drive or operate heavy machinery under the influence.
- Do not try to trick someone into consuming a substance they don't consent to using.
- Avoid letting your use hinder other responsibilities.
